Roberto

Who is Roberto and what problems he had before joining our program
Chelsi
Great! So, first, I want to ask you to tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do for a living.
Roberto
Alright, so. I’m in Marketing. I work in business development for an airline company in northern Italy.
Chelsi
Very nice.
Roberto
In addition to working in the office, I also travel in Italy and abroad.
Chelsi
Awesome, so you love traveling.
Roberto
Yes, correct.
Chelsi
And as for trading, what problems did you have before you joined our training program?
Roberto
Well, the main problem was combining my work with my passion for trading, especially the discretionary part because I had been working that way for some time, and it did take up most of my free time. And so that was, like, you know, something that I found a solution to.
Chelsi
So just the time to have… to find some balance in life.
Roberto
Yes, exactly.
Chelsi
Okay. So, your initial approach to trading was more discretionary, right?
Roberto
Yes, let’s say that for many years, I cultivated the passion of trading done with that kind of approach, and I could hardly find time, as you said, you know, for my family and myself.
Even on vacations, for example, I was running around with my laptop to follow my positions, which I don’t do anymore.
Why he chose our program over the many available on the market
Chelsi
Very good! So, what made you decide to join our program and not another program on the market?
Roberto
Well, let’s say, that if you want to learn something, you must choose someone who has proven that they have won something, someone who is successful in his field. I have also taken other courses before this one.
For example, I took a course with Larry Williams and one with another well-known trader, and from there, years ago…. Unger’s name was mentioned and from there, I started following Andrea. And then, in the last few years, I decided to take the plunge and take the course called "The Unger Method."
What helped him the most in the program
Chelsi
Awesome! And is there anything in particular in our program that helped you? So, why was it so effective for you?
Roberto
Let’s say that it was effective because, in the dynamics of the market, it’s very useful to know the different inefficiencies. I found that the program explains even complex concepts in a very simple way, making them accessible to everyone, and this is something, let’s say, extremely advantageous and relevant.
The results he achieved after completing the program
Chelsi
Okay. And after you applied what you learned in the program by studying the different modules, so what results did you get?
Roberto
The results were immediately very encouraging, in the sense that in the first periods when I traded with the first strategies, I got excellent results. And then they normalized over the years, and I can say that I have an average return of about 10-12% per year, which is very satisfactory for me.
Chelsi
Definitely! So, how has your life changed since you have reached that goal, not just economically but also in terms of awareness?
Roberto
Well, as I said before, life has changed in the sense that I am no longer, how should I put it in quotes, a "slave" to the computer, that is, in the sense of always being in front of the monitor.
Now the automated systems work for me. I no longer stay awake all night waiting for the Asian markets to open like I used to do. So, that was an incredible life change, for sure.
Asides from the stability, the economic return, the stability, let’s say, of the accounts, because in discretionary trading, let’s say, the accounts were like a roller coaster, right?
Chelsi
Yes, a little bit…
Roberto
Yes, one month you were making a lot of money, and then the following week – I mean, in short, it’s very volatile. Now I see very good stability. And also, the reliability of a second source of income is very important.
Roberto’s advice for aspiring traders
Chelsi
Very good. And finally, I would like to ask you one final last question. What would you say to those who are watching this interview and maybe are still undecided about whether to join the program or not?
Roberto
To those still undecided, I would say that it’s a path where you have to study and make an effort. If we want to use a metaphor to explain this better, let’s compare the markets to the Formula 1 championship. I would say that to become a Formula 1 mechanic, you need a very good toolbox, and this program provides it, in my opinion.
