Hi, I ‘m Federico, I ‘m 40 years old. In life, I ‘m a helicopter pilot, specifically working in Emergency services, in the 118 air rescue.
I became passionate about finance and later about trading about 6 years ago.
At first, I wanted to understand the basics, let’s say, of how it all works.
In this world, it’s mainly about managing savings and personal finance.
So I started by sorting out my retirement situation, setting up a supplementary pension, and then investing my savings for the long term with funds and ETFs.
Later on, I dedicated a slightly more speculative, a bit more fun part, by taking a trading course focused on American stocks, which at the beginning and even afterwards really excited me.
I probably also caught a very favorable moment, since it was right during the recovery after Covid, so the market made things a bit easier, and I actually got some good results, maybe even too good, like a 30% return in two weeks, but then I wasn’t very consistent or diligent in following this particular approach.
I diligently tried various other methods and strategies until I eventually came across some truly insightful and inspiring proposals that genuinely resonated with me.
I especially and profoundly trust the rigorous mathematical and scientific method, which has always
deeply fascinated and captivated my intellectual curiosity, from the Unger Academy.
So I followed the algo trader fast track, the systematic trader path, no longer discretionary. So I left that behind.
Even there, right away, the first few months brought good results, almost 30% in the first 2 months.
Then I got a bit carried away, I raised the risk a bit too much, I had some major drawdowns, and then little by little I got back on track, I recovered.
Lately, since last year, I started this OPT Easy path, initially because I was a bit more fascinated by the idea of learning about options, which was a tool I didn’t know, but I’m improving, I’m gradually getting to know it a bit more.
A couple of months ago, I then started the Master program, with the tutor, who also helped me. Maybe, since I already had a bit of experience, in just a few days I was able to read the book and follow the videos.
Then I went live right away. I’m happy with the results. Now it’s been about a month and a half that I’m combining everything. And both strategies, Easy and Master, are active, and I’m currently seeing about an 8% return.
I’m very happy with how the same tutor from the previous training program has supported me.
All the coaching calls are very important, even without asking questions yourself. Just by watching the recordings and listening to other people’s questions, you can clear up some doubts or something that couldn’t be explored in such depth just during the video lessons.
